Capture

Write it down from anywhere

A box in the middle of the screen, over whatever is open. It writes and finds: matching notes appear as you type.

Quick capture

⌃⌥N, type, Return. ⌘Return makes it a sticky, Esc cancels.

Typed shortcuts

Colour, column, label, priority and due date, all from the keyboard.

The menu bar

The same box, your six recent notes and shortcut tiles.

Paste code

Pasted code becomes a code note, with its language guessed.

Stickies

Notes that live on your desktop

Real windows, on every Space. Where a sticky sits belongs to that Mac and never syncs.

Roll a sticky to a slim bar showing its title.

The board

Trello-style, and yours to change

Boards with counts in the sidebar, stats across the top, and columns you can colour, limit and sort.

Columns

Add, rename, drag, colour, collapse and set a card limit.

Cards

ID, labels, priority, due date, checklist progress and pin.

Expand in place

An arrow opens the whole note on the card, ticks working.

Stats

Total, a tile per column, Progress, This Week and Focus.

Search

All notes across boards, every word, in any order.

Recently Deleted

Notes wait 30 days, and ⌘Z undoes moves and deletes.

Tickets

When a note grows, open it as a ticket

The same note on a full page, with nothing converted. A one-line sticky stays a one-line sticky until you open it.

IDs like Jira's

Each board has a prefix, and numbers are never reused.

Sub-tasks and criteria

Ticks, a progress bar and dates on sub-tasks.

Files

Drop files on a ticket, up to 25 MB each. They sync with the note.

Time and history

A timer, logged time and a record of what changed.

One small file per note, in a folder you own. The newest edit wins, and deletions travel too. Sync is Pro; backups are free.
